What this role is responsible for

PaperStacks helps schools create structured assessments, marking schemes, and print-ready exam papers faster. We need an Acquisition Lead to own the commercial pipeline for Abuja private schools end to end. This role is responsible for qualifying schools, running short demos tied to exam workflow pain, sending proposals, negotiating within approved pricing, closing paid pilots, and coaching outreach reps on better execution.

Responsibilities

• - Run discovery calls and in-person meetings with principals, vice principals academics, exam officers, and school owners
• - Deliver a tight 6-minute PaperStacks demo tied to exam workflow pain
• - Move leads through the correct stage and maintain strict next-action discipline
• - Send proposals, negotiate within approved package rules, and close paid pilots
• - Coach outreach reps on scripts, follow-up quality, and objection handling
• - Escalate premium or custom deals only when necessary

Requirements

• - Strong closing ability and comfort asking for commitment directly
• - Clear B2B communication in spoken English, writing, phone calls, and meetings
• - Consistent pipeline discipline with clean notes, owners, stages, and next actions
• - Ability to handle objections without needing founder rescue every time
• - Comfort working across calls, WhatsApp, and physical visits in Abuja
• - Reliable punctuality, follow-through, and weekly accountability
