Lead Research and Ops Assistant

What this role is responsible for

PaperStacks needs a detail-oriented operator to support school outreach with verified contact data and clean execution support. This role focuses on research quality, contact enrichment, CRM hygiene, and weekly reporting. You will help the revenue team move faster by ensuring no school record is vague, stale, or missing a usable next step.

Responsibilities

• - Source and verify school names, decision-makers, emails, phone numbers, and WhatsApp-ready contacts
• - Maintain clean records with owner, stage, notes, and next action for every lead
• - Prepare weekly school lists for outreach and follow-up
• - Flag duplicate, weak, or incomplete records before they affect outreach quality
• - Support simple reporting on verified contacts, touches, meetings, and pipeline hygiene
• - Escalate high-value or founder-assist schools when discovered during research

Requirements

• - Strong attention to detail and clean note-taking
• - Ability to verify information instead of copying untrusted data
• - Comfort working with spreadsheets or simple operational systems
• - Reliable written English and concise internal communication
• - Consistency, punctuality, and ability to close loops
• - No tolerance for sloppy records or unverified contacts
